Warranty Period
Wasp Barcode Technologies hardware products purchased in North America are warranted for a period of at least one year and, in some cases, 2 years from the initial date of purchase to be free of defects in material and workmanship, provided the product remains unmodified and is operated under normal and proper conditions.

Return Policy
All products purchased directly from Wasp Barcode Technologies come with a 30-day, unconditional, money-back return policy. All returned items must be in like-new condition, securely packed for shipment in the original packing material and sent with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, obtainable by contacting Wasp customer service.
