With a barcode time and attendance system, each employee is issued an unique barcode on their employee badge. Employees pass their badges through the employee time clock for scanning when they need to clock in or out. HR or payroll staff then downloads the data from the employee time clocks on a scheduled or periodic basis. WaspTime time and attendance software then automatically calculates employee hours and produces time sheets for each employee.

WaspTime - Barcode Time and Attendance System

WaspTime is a time and attendance system designed to automate employee time and attendance for small- to medium-sized businesses. WaspTime - time and attendance software can be customized to your business needs and is scalable to grow with your business. It dramatically reduces the number of hours it takes to process employee timekeeping.

A WaspTime time and attendance system works with a variety of employee time clocks, allowing you to choose the optimum way to capture employee time.  All clocks have an integrated network (Ethernet) connection eliminating the need and cost of a dedicated PC that systems with just a USB connection require. If you have remote workers or employees who want to punch in at their PC, you can use PC Punch to input their time.  As long as the PC is connected to the network (or via VPN), the employee time is automatically input to WaspTime.
