His management experience spans multiple industries, with a particular focus on the challenges of small, growing businesses. Since Coffman took over leadership of Wasp in 2001, the company has doubled its sales and become the trusted source for productivity solutions for small businesses.

Grant Wickes
Vice President of marketing

As vice president of marketing for Wasp Barcode Technologies, Grant Wickes sets the strategic direction and oversees the tactical execution of the company’s marketing programs. Wickes’ marketing and sales experience spans more than two decades, the majority of which has been spent growing small technology companies.

Jeff Schmeling
Vice President of development

Jeff Schmeling serves as vice president of development for Wasp Barcode Technologies, where he oversees hardware and software development, as well as technical support. In his more than five years with Wasp, Schmeling has taken responsibility for managing product lifecycles and identifying opportunities for new products and services.
