This time and attendance solution combines the friendly, easy-to-use interface of WaspTime time and attendance software with a biometric time clock. With biometric time clocks, employees simply clock in and out using their fingerprint. Technological advances in biometrics make this process surprisingly affordable and extremely reliable.

 

Using biometric time clocks eliminates the cost of employee badges and the on-going management of damaged, misplaced or stolen employee badges. Using fingerprint (biometric) time and attendance system also eliminates the extra labor costs associated with buddy punching.

WaspTime Pro - Biometric Time and Attendance System

WaspTime Pro is a time and attendance system designed to automate employee time and attendance for small- to medium-sized businesses. The Pro version extends the functionality of the Std version by adding new multi-user access (up to 5 administrators and managers can access employee data at the same time), different role-based access levels ensures appropriate security access for different managers or administrators and the supported employee licenses expands to 100 employees (additional licenses can easily be added).

WaspTime - time and attendance software can be customized to your business needs and is scalable to grow with your business. It dramatically reduces the number of hours it takes to process employee timekeeping.

A WaspTime time and attendance system works with a variety of employee time clocks, allowing you to choose the optimum way to capture employee time.  All clocks have an integrated network (Ethernet) connection eliminating the need and cost of a dedicated PC that systems with just a USB connection require. If you have remote workers or employees who want to punch in at their PC, you can use PC Punch to input their time.  As long as the PC is connected to the network (or via VPN), the employee time is automatically input to WaspTime.
