Wasp has been an established, industry-leading provider of barcoding and RFID solutions for over 25-years.
Things to Know
- System ID will no longer accept new accounts or purchases, but will service out existing open orders and purchase agreements.
- All new purchases will be through Wasp Barcode Technologies.
- Wasp will continue to service all your barcoding and RFID product needs associated with stock and custom labels, tags and ribbons. This includes popular brands like Black Tie, Stinger Labels and Zebra.
- Wasp will only offer hardware and software products sold under the Wasp brand.
For Existing System ID Customers
- Wasp operates under the same holding company as System ID – Informatics Inc. (same tax ID) – so no need to reestablish net terms or file new tax exemptions if you have previously been approved through System ID. Wasp will honor those terms and exemptions.
- Invoices for new orders may have the Wasp brand, so if you’re required to set up a new vendor to account for the brand change, you can find our Wasp W9 here.
- To access your past System ID order and future Wasp purchase information, you can log in with your existing System ID web account credentials on WaspBarcode.com or set up a new web account from a past System ID order here. All order history will be accessible there.
