Without a reliable tracking system, managing spend across programs was also a challenge.

VUSN chose InventoryCloud for its affordability, intuitive interface, and ability to streamline supply tracking across programs. The system was configured to track medical consumables and monitor spending by department, giving staff better visibility into what’s in stock and what’s being used.
With three users and an admin in the system, the Simulation and Skills team can now manage inventory with accuracy and confidence. Christy Carrigg, the program manager, completed training with a Wasp expert and continues to lead one-on-one onboarding for other staff to ensure everyone is up to speed.
