A Las Vegas-based family-owned business that manufactures interior and exterior window shades which proudly distributes high-quality window covering products across the United States, Canada, and Europe.

The Challenge

The company needed a way to accurately track their inventory of interior and exterior window shades, which involved an inventory of a few thousand SKUs. According to Anthony, the company’s inventory manager, they also needed a system which would be easy to train others on.

The Solution

After researching their options and comparing the price-to-feature set ratios of similar solutions, Anthony selected an inventory management solution from Wasp Barcode Technologies. “Wasp’s solution seemed like the most well-rounded option for the price,” said Anthony.

The Result

“I helped set up the system and I've been using it for almost two years now,” said Anthony. “It's easy to set up and use and has enough features that you could easily manage an inventory of a few thousand SKUs.”

Since implementation, the company has enjoyed their return on investment as well as how easy it is to train team members on the system. “This is a great, most well-rounded option for the price,” said Anthony.

“Organization of the software menus is done well and there are no issues training people to perform the basic functions like scanning items in and out.” Anthony also noted that the team enjoys being able to redesign their own labels and reports.
