Desktop Barcode Printers

Desktop barcode printers have a compact design and small footprint, which is ideal where space and budget are limited. Two to four hours of printing per day or one to 200 labels. Labels and tags are on a 1” core with a max 4” or 5” outer diameter (OD). Thermal transfer and direct thermal available in either 203 or 300 dpi. Some desktop barcode printers can print on some synthetic materials, but in limited quantities – generally, not recommended. Thick face stocks not recommended, like piggyback and retro-reflective labels.
