Blank labels are just that. Blank. These labels are designed to be used with your own barcode or laser printer, depending on media type.

Pre-printed allows you to modify label color, add a company logo, label text and add a barcode and/or numbering.

Full color digital allows you to choose all of your label attributes and upload artwork for designer-style labels.

Media Type
Core Size

1" core label rolls fit most desktop barcode printers.

Outer Diameter

4" outer diameter is generally accepted by all desktop barcode printers.

5" outer diameter is common for desktop barcode printers, but not all accept 5".

3" core label rolls fit most mid-range and industrial barcode printers.

Outer Diameter

8" outer diameter is the only option available for 3" core.

Perforation

Perforated rolls allow for easy tearing between labels.

Non-perforated rolls are continuous.

Line Sensing

Gap sensing is standard, but not recomended for clear or specialty-shaped labels.

Black line sensing is recomended for clear or specialty-shaped labels.

Sheet Gaps

1/10 inch gap between labels.

1/2 inch gap between labels.

Cut Type

Kiss-cut does not cut the backing material, which allows the kiss-cut labels to peel out of the sheet.

Die-cut cuts the backing material surrounding the lables, which leaves no excess bordering material.

Print Method

Thermal transfer uses printer ribbons and heat to transfer ink onto labels and tags, making for a more durable, longer lasting label.

Direct thermal labels are an affordable option for many companies because you don’t have to purchase ink, toner or ribbons.

Your Stinger Custom Label Description

Your 2" x 2" square white matte finish paper label with rounded edges and permanent adhesive is pre-printed with a logo and Code 128 barcode, so the label is not suitable for use in thermal transfer barcode printers. The label core has a 1" core and 5" outer diameter. Each label is perforated for easy tearing between labels.
